Quality control at Yuanzhou begins with incoming material verification and continues through every stage of production. Our testing laboratory is equipped with pressure testing systems, surface roughness meters, material analyzers and dimensional inspection tools.
We maintain full traceability for all materials using heat lot tracking. Every component can be traced back to its source material certification. We provide 3.1 material certificates on request for customers who require documented material compliance.
